The City of Stoke-on-Trent 'Stoke 100' Celebration Prom

The CSSO celebrates the Stoke-on-Trent Centenary with a stylish proms extravaganza combining traditional concert classics with some hidden gems to take the city into its second century.

The City of Stoke-on-Trent Symphony Orchestra presents a lively proms concert at the King's Hall, Stoke, to celebrate the city's centenary. The concert will combine traditional classics with some real hidden gems, and will feature world-class baritone soloist Jordan Harding as well as a world premiere of a piece my local composer Eden Longson. This event will be the official launch event of the CSSO - formerly the Symphonia Verbum Orchestra - as it looks to embed itself further in the cultural life of the city as the area's only resident professional orchestra.
